Idaho Business Conduct and Office Operations
As an Idaho broker, you will be responsible for properly supervising both licensed associates and unlicensed staff in accordance with the license law. In addition, brokers are responsible for properly maintaining transaction files and accounting for entrusted funds and property. You must know how to answer questions when they arise, as well as understand when it’s time to call for assistance, and who to call.
The purpose of this course is to deliver the basics of Idaho real estate license law, broker responsibilities, and office supervision.
State Requirements For Idaho
Hours Required by the State: 90 hours
Seat Time: The Idaho Real Estate Commission requires that all students spend a minimum amount of seat time engaged in the course content. Our online course delivery system manages this requirement for you.
Pre-Licensing Final Exams: Final exams must be passed with a minimum of 70%. One re-take of the exam is allowed, but must be taken within one month of the original course exam.
Licensing Exam: The licensing exam is administered by PearsonVue. For instructions to register for your state licensing exam and further information, please click here.
